Shipping & Order Processing Policy

At Runsonn, we believe that smooth, transparent, and reliable shipping is a key part of your shopping experience. Every pair of shoes or apparel item we ship reflects our commitment to Swiss precision — delivered with care and efficiency, from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Please note: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • If your order experiences any delay, our support team will notify you via email.

Shipping Origin & Carriers

  • Most orders are shipped directly from our primary fulfillment center.
  • Some items may ship separately from partner warehouses to ensure faster delivery.
  • We currently use USPS, UPS, and FedEx as our trusted carriers — selected automatically based on your delivery location and service type.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

  • $7.99 flat rate on orders under $75
  • FREE shipping on all orders $75+ (Continental U.S. only)
  • Delivered via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination

Express Shipping

  • 2–3 business days via UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail
  • Rates vary based on weight and delivery address (calculated at checkout)
  • Not available for P.O. Boxes

Next Business Day Delivery

  • UPS Next Day Air available for most in-stock items
  • Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST for same-day dispatch
  • Weekend delivery is not available
  • Rates are calculated at checkout

International Shipping

At this time, Runsonn ships only within the United States and U.S. Territories.
We are working to expand global delivery options soon.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
  • You can monitor your order anytime through your Runsonn account dashboard or directly via the carrier’s website.

Weather & Transit Delays

Unexpected weather events, carrier network disruptions, or other logistical challenges may occasionally cause delivery delays.
We’ll keep you updated if your shipment is affected — thank you for your understanding and patience.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Expedited and overnight delivery services are not available to P.O. Boxes.
  • For high-value orders, a signature upon delivery may be required for security.
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses may incur additional fees or extended transit times.
  • Actual charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping Exceptions

Some items may not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping due to weight, size, or manufacturer restrictions — such as large apparel packages, limited-edition footwear boxes, or accessories with special handling requirements.
Actual shipping charges will be clearly shown before checkout.
