📦 How to Track Your Order

  1. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

  2. Click the tracking link in your email, or visit our Order Tracking Portal

  3. Enter your order number (e.g., RSN12345) and the email you used at checkout.

  4. The system will display the current location, carrier status, and estimated delivery date.


We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable and fast delivery:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx Ground

  • DHL eCommerce

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after your order has shipped.

⏱️ Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Shipping: 7 – 14 business days
  • Orders placed after 1 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day.
  • During holiday seasons, slight delays may occur due to carrier demand.

❗ Haven’t Received Your Package?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Double-check your shipping address.
  2. Look around your home and with neighbors — carriers often leave packages in secure spots.
  3. Wait 24 hours — sometimes delivery scans appear before arrival.
  4. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@runsonn.com — we’ll assist immediately.

🧾 Lost or Damaged Shipments

In rare cases of loss or damage during transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will coordinate directly with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
